PARTICIPATION IN THE THIRD SCIENTIFIC AND PROFESSIONAL MEETING "SCIENCE, SCIENTIFIC COMMUNICATION AND JOURNALS"

On May 27, 2022, in the Amphitheater "Sokrat" of the University of Mostar, the third scientific-professional conference "Science, Scientific communication and Journals" was organized by the University Publishing House PRESSUM. The topic of this year's conference was the role of science as one of the fundamental prerequisites for the survival and global and strategic positioning of the University. In addition, the conference was dedicated to the development of open science, the review process and the editorial policy of scientific journals. The meeting was also marked by the launch of an Initiative for the adoption of the Declaration on the Application of Open Science Principles, in order to raise the quality of scientific productivity, promote scientific activities, ensure availability of scientific research results, their storage, protection and long-term preservation.
